條款及守則

FAX2WORLD服務計劃及循環儲值服務是域思服務有限公司("域思")根據下列條款及條件提供服務予你：

1. 當使用月費及儲值服務時，即被視為同意及接受下列條款及條件。
2. 域思保留權利隨時更改、修正或刪除部份或全部在此的條款及條件。
3. Fax2World號碼為隨機分配，客戶不能選擇或更改獲分配的號碼.
4. 直線服務客戶須繳付首次登記費、按金(兩個月固定月費)、一個月固定月費和增值服務費，並於確認合約後不能退還或轉讓。
5. 客戶於此申表上簽署，代表承諾於服務生效日起使用Fax2World服務1年。 客戶如(或欲)於合約期(1年)內終止Fax2World服務，便須繳付餘下直至合約到期日之所有月費。 合約期後，客戶須於終止服務前1個月以書面通知終止服務。
6. 所有儲值額不予退還或轉讓。
7. 儲值戶口之餘值不予退還或轉讓。
8. 儲值額必須於6個月內使用，於餘值過期失效前未能重新增值至域思指定的最低增值額，戶口內之餘值將被作廢及不予退回。
9. 於繳款日期前尚未繳清款項，服務可能會隨時停止而不作另行通知。 客戶需繳付重新接駁費及安裝費方可繼續使用有關服務。
10. 如遇颱風或豪雨，服務可能會隨時停止而不作另行通知。
11. 若域思認為戶口曾遭、或有可能被欺詐、違法或不正當手法使用，域思保留權利暫停或終止有關服務。
12. 若有任何不明確、爭議之處，域思保留權利不接受或取消此服務計劃。
13. 在下列任何情況下，域思一律不會將金額或餘額退還或予以轉讓：
a) 儲值額有效期內或已逾期的金額。
b) 於戶口增值時錯誤存入其他儲值戶口內之金額。
14. 儲值戶口可依域思不時提供的方法增值。
15. 所有使用頁數均以域思數碼網絡記錄計算為準。
16. 你亦同意遵守及接受域思的一般及Fax2World服務的特別條款("一般及特別條款")的約束。 一般及特別條款已展示於 http:\\www.fax2world.com 網頁。你更確認及同意在一般及特別條款內所有提及"客戶"和 "服務"的用語即是分別指"你"和"Fax2World服務"。
17. 本協議受香港特別行政區法律管轄，你亦同意服從香港有管轄權的法院的非專屬管轄權。
18. 於協議內所有月費及儲值服務是專為客戶而設。 在未有本公司的書面同意前，客戶不得轉賣、分配或轉讓，或同意轉讓所有或部份的服務予別人。 關於上述提及的書面同意，域思保留絕對慎重的決策權利。
19. 域思承諾盡力為各客戶提供最快捷及可靠之傳真服務，然而所有因傳送失誤而導玫之損失，域思概不負責。
20. 不限用量的優惠只適用於已登記為無限計劃內之Fax2World號碼。
21. 「域思系統服務有限公司」有權核對有關申請方面資料，取得或交換任何處理此登記所須的資料及有權採用上述資料作信用覆核、行政、市場推廣及法律用途。必須獲取有關申請資料及文件方能處理登記，否則「域思系統服務」可能不會提供任何服務。

TERMS & CONDITIONS

FAX2WORLD SERVICE PLAN & RECHARGEABLE STORED VALUE is made available to you by Faith Xpress Services Limited ("Faith Xpress") subject to the following terms and conditions.

1. Use of the Service Plan and Stored Value constitutes acceptance by you of the terms and conditions contained herein.
2. Faith Xpress reserves the right at anytime to vary, modify or delete any and all of the terms and conditions contained herein.
3. The Fax2World number is randomly assigned. Customer cannot change to other number.
4. Two Months Deposit & One Month Pre-Payment of Monthly fee (based on the service plan) is required for Fax2World Services Plan upon Contract Confirmation, and it is non-refundable and non-transferable.
5. By signing this Application for Fax2World Service, Customer is committed to use Fax2World Service for one year from the date of commissioning. Should Customer terminate or wish to terminate this agreement before the expiry of this one-year-period, Customer shall pay the shortfall as equivalent to remaining total monthly fees up to the expiry date of the binding contract. Thereafter, one-month prior written notice is required for the termination of services.
6. Any Stored Value sold is non-refundable and non-transferable.
7. The remaining value of the Stored Value Account is non-refundable or non-transferable.
8. The Stored Value must be activated within 6 months. If the Stored Value is not recharged with the minimum amount as stipulated by Faith Xpress Services Limited on or before the expiry date of the Stored Value, all unused credit will be forfeited and will be non-refundable..
9. Service may be suspended without prior notice, if the overdue payment had not been paid on the due date. To resume the service, customer needs to pay for the re-connection charge and setup charge in addition.
10. In case of typhoon or rainstorm, service may be suspended without prior notice.
11. Faith Xpress reserves the right to terminate or suspend the service of the Stored Value ("Service") if in the opinion of Faith Xpress there has been, or is likely to be fraudulent, illegal or improper use of the service.
12. Faith Xpress Services Limited has reserved the right to issue and cease this service plan. For any uncertain or doubtful occasion, after examination, Faith Xpress Services Limited has the right to refuse the issue or cease this service plan.
13. Faith Xpress does not provide refund or make any transfer of:
a) any value of the Stored Value Account whether before or after its expiry date;
b) any value of the Stored Value Account directed to an incorrect Stored Value account during the recharge process;
14. The value of the Stored Value Account may be recharged in accordance with the methods provided by Faith Xpress from time to time.
15. Calculation of pages used is based on Faith Xpress's internal digital network record.
16. You also agree to observe and be bound by the General Terms and Condition and Special Terms and Conditions for Fax2World Services of Faith Xpress (collectively "General and Special Terms"). A copy of the General and Special Terms is displayed in URL http:\\www.fax2world.com. You further acknowledge and agree that all references to "Customer" and "Services" in the General and Special Terms shall be deemed to mean "You" and "the services provided through the Fax2World Rechargeable Stored Value" respectively.
17. The agreements herein are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (Hong Kong) and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of Hong Kong courts.
18. The rights to the Service granted to Customer under this Agreement are exclusively to Customer. Customer may not sell, assign, or otherwise transfer or agree to transfer all or any portion of those rights without the prior written consent of Faith Xpress, which consent may be withheld in the absolute discretion of Faith Xpress.
19. Faith Xpress commits to try the best to provide the most efficient and reliable fax service, however, Faith Xpress will bear no responsibility for the loss caused by any fax transmission error.
20. The advantage of unlimited use volume is special offered for the registered Fax2World numbers with Unlimited Plan.
21. Faith Xpress reserve the rights to verify the information provided in the application form for any source; and to collect and exchange the information to process and evaluate applicant's registration/application. All information provided in the application/registration may be used by credit checks, administration, marketing and disclosure as required under applicable law. All data and documents requested are necessary for Faith Xpress to process the registration/application, if applicant fail to provide the same to Faith Xpress, Faith Xpress may decline to provide its service to the applicant.
